Asbestos Surveys & Management
Our Surveying and Management company will be able to inspect, report and advise on your asbestos issue within your properties.
A Type 2 survey will identify the likely source and scale of the asbestos and a Type 3 survey is further intrusive and will accurately test and locate all asbestos containing materials within the building. It will further make recommendations on how to deal with the material
A subsequent management plan will monitor and ensure the safe integrity of the material if removal is not the preferred option.
